Overview

As a Machine Learning Engineer II at Zendesk, you will contribute to the development of AI-driven experiences, focusing on the GenAI infrastructure and Large Language Models (LLM).

In Short

• Design and implement core components of Zendesk's GenAI infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain benchmarking and A/B testing frameworks for LLM performance.
• Build orchestration systems for multi-step AI agents.

• 2–4 years of experience in ML systems or infrastructure.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying ML systems.
• Familiarity with vector databases and ML infrastructure.

• Experience with ML observability tools is preferred.
