Zego is a commercial motor insurer focused on providing fair and human insurance solutions for professional drivers. We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Executive to support our customers directly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Work remotely with the option to visit our London or Halifax office.
• Assist customers via phone, email, and LiveChat.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build trust relationships with customers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries across multiple channels.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of our products.
• Input customer data into our system.

Requirements

• Experience in a target-driven customer service environment.
• Strong focus on customer experience.
• Ability to listen and address customer concerns effectively.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Adaptable and quick learner.
• Ability to work 40 hours remotely between 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
