Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in safety or moderation.
• Must be fluent in Finnish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Understanding of social networks and Gen Z culture.
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
• Team player with adaptability and flexibility.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Knowledge of privacy issues and children's online safety.
• Ability to understand and adapt to cultural backgrounds.
