Senior Data Analyst (Product Analytics) - Remote

As Yubo continues to grow, we’re entering an exciting phase where data plays a key role in driving our product and business decisions. The Senior Data Analyst will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to empower teams with the tools, insights, and frameworks they need to make better decisions.

In Short

• Drive data-informed decisions by collaborating with various teams.
• Conduct advanced analyses on user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker, Amplitude, or Metabase.
• Ensure the reliability of analytical data pipelines with Data Engineering.
• Audit and improve analytics workflows and tracking plans.
• Train stakeholders to interpret dashboards and use analytics tools.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for product improvements.
• Manage analytical requests and prioritize high-impact topics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a product-focused environment.
• Strong command of SQL and experience in modern data stacks.
• Comfortable with cohort analyses, funnel analyses, and A/B testing.
• Experience in designing clear, actionable dashboards.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Displays ownership, autonomy, and curiosity in leveraging data.
