Overview

Younited is seeking an Account Manager Growth to manage our SMB clients portfolio, playing a key role in driving revenue retention and expanding customer value.

In Short

  • Manage and develop SMB clients’ portfolio
  • Ensure revenue and growth targets are met
  • Lead contact for account management matters
  • Monitor performance and provide forecasts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to protect client revenues
  • Build strategic account plans for long-term development
  • Generate new business with existing clients
  • Handle contract renegotiation
  • Work closely with Operations for high-quality experience
  • Drive innovation into the Product roadmap

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Experience with C-level executives
  • Strategic perspective and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in French and English
