Overview

We are looking for you as a Project Manager (m/f/d) to take responsibility for a customer service project of one of our renowned clients, both operationally and procedurally, and to lead up to 5 team leads with up to 25 freelancers each.

In Short

  • Project Management & Account Management: You are the first point of contact for our clients, implementing their individual requirements into our processes and ensuring high-quality execution in close coordination with your reporting team leads.
  • Leadership & Coaching: You empower your team leads to act independently, motivating their remote customer care teams to achieve peak performance.
  • Analytical Mindset: You analyze all relevant KPIs of your project, promptly identify needs for action, and manage timely optimizations.
  • Stakeholder Management: You manage all project stakeholders to achieve positive results and a smooth process flow, proactively implementing process improvements and working closely with the Operations Management Team.

Requirements

  • Education: You have completed training and have leadership or project management experience, ideally in the contact center environment.
  • Customer Needs: You understand the needs of clients as well as call center agents and can professionally manage a project in the interest of all parties involved.
  • Language Skills: You are a communication professional (in German), able to motivate people remotely through your charm and competence, and support them in achieving their goals.
  • Flexibility & Quality: You have a high standard of quality, act conscientiously and structured, and can adapt flexibly to changing situations.
  • Confidence: You present yourself confidently, enjoy working in cross-functional and intercultural teams, and have a healthy dose of humor.
