Overview

The Regional Manager, Education Partner Success will lead a team of Partner Success Managers who play a central role in the life cycle of Yondr’s medium and large partners. The Regional Manager will also manage a portfolio of the largest and most strategic partners in their region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in customer service or education.
• Experience in education leadership roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Proficiency in technology and digital tools.
• Solution-driven mindset.
• Previous experience leading or coaching a team.
