In Short

• Collaborate with sales to prepare for implementation meetings.
• Project manage implementation plans and provide training for school leaders.
• Serve as the key point of contact for assigned partners.
• Collect customer data for reviews and celebrate successes.
• Manage the renewal process and upsell opportunities.
• Problem solve implementation barriers.
• Ensure pre-launch readiness and monitor implementation fidelity.
• Utilize internal systems to document partner interactions.
• Adapt to dynamic environments and thrive in fast-paced settings.
• Embrace change with a solution-driven mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or education.
• Travel expectation: 0-15% non-peak / 30-50% peak seasons.
• Must live in Northern CA, Oregon, or WA.
