In Short

• Collaborate with sales to prepare for implementation meetings.
• Project manage implementation plans and provide training for school leaders.
• Serve as the key point of contact for assigned partners.
• Collect customer data for reviews and celebrate successes.
• Manage partner portfolios and prioritize customer needs.
• Problem solve implementation barriers and manage renewals.
• Influence school leaders to strengthen implementation.
• Use internal systems to track partner interactions.
• Adapt to dynamic environments and embrace change.
• Maintain impeccable records of partner health and next steps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or education.
• Travel expectation: 0-15% non-peak / 30-50% peak seasons.
• Must live in Ohio.
