Overview

As a Junior Product Support Engineer at YipitData, you will ensure the reliability of the Signals web app for enterprise customers, resolve user issues, and contribute to product improvements.

• Monitor and resolve inbound support tickets.

Requirements

• 0–2 years in product support or technical support for web SaaS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer empathy.
