Overview

The Product Developer will work independently on product development projects, ensuring adherence to the product development process and continuous improvement of existing recipes.

Requirements

• Degree in Food Technology or a comparable qualification.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in product development.
• Practical experience with production processes of baked goods, confectionery, dairy products, etc.
• Knowledge in product development, food industry, process engineering, and food safety.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong time management and goal orientation.
• Hands-on mentality and high level of independence.
• Team-oriented and cooperative.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
