QA Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist to join our team! If you're the type of person that enjoys reconstructing virtual room scans, improving customer outputs, and ensuring data quality, you’ll thrive in this role.

In Short

• Review and verify floor plans generated from virtual scans for completeness and accuracy.
• Cross-check spatial data against reference materials.
• Identify discrepancies in architectural features.
• Collaborate with teams to communicate errors and ensure revisions.
• Maintain QA tracking documentation.
• Develop and update QA checklists and procedures.
• Perform spot checks and random audits of completed plans.
• Train new team members on QA best practices.
• Report on quality metrics to management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a QA specialist role.
• Ability to provide clear feedback.
• Comfortable conducting repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with JIRA is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
