Overview

As a Part-time Client Experience Agent at Yardzen, you’ll help clients get the most out of our service by supporting customer education and collaborating with product and engineering to improve service delivery.

In Short

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to design and deliverables.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience.
  • Track client progress through key project milestones.
  • Manage client expectations regarding process and timelines.
  • Use internal tools to manage client cases.
  • Develop educational content for clients.
  • Available to work 20–25 hours per week, including Saturdays.
  • Passionate about outdoor living and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced with CRM systems, preferably Zendesk.
  • Skilled at multitasking and problem-solving.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Motivated by completing tasks.
  • Genuine team player with a positive attitude.
