Overview

First Stop Health is seeking an experienced, innovative and detail-oriented Patient Experience Agent who will provide outstanding customer support to our members.

In Short

  • Part-time position with approximately 20-24 hours per week.
  • Flexible availability required for day and evening shifts, including weekends.
  • Responsibilities include providing customer service and completing intake processes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office are required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
  • Experience in a call center or medical office preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Some college courses completed is preferred.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain and improve processes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.
