Overview

The TPI Business Development Manager will focus on managing and developing partnerships with Third Party Intermediaries (TPI) to drive business growth and maintain strong relationships.

In Short

  • Develop and manage TPI partnerships.
  • Drive new business and growth of existing sites.
  • Ensure effective communication and engagement with TPI's.
  • Proactively develop propositions to increase customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage sales relationship plans and reporting.
  • Ensure timely completion of contractual paperwork.
  • Negotiate TPI agreements.
  • Support aftersales and customer care.
  • Meet high expectations for relationship management.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience with TPI's in the energy retail industry.
  • 2 years experience in B2B business development.
  • Knowledge of the business energy sector.
  • Proven relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ambitious with a drive to achieve targets.
  • Ability to manage high workloads.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Degree level preferred.
