Overview

The TPI Business Development Manager will drive growth in the SME and Mid-Market sectors from a portfolio of Third Party Intermediaries (TPI’s), working remotely with occasional site visits.

In Short

  • Accountability for strategic growth and overall profitability of TPI portfolio
  • Regular site visits and meetings with TPI’s
  • Ensuring integration of products and processes into TPI’s
  • Developing account plans for visibility and action
  • Addressing challenges and blockers to growth
  • Managing TPI performance and relationships
  • Collaborating with internal sales teams
  • Providing performance reports to management and TPI’s
  • Leading incentives to stimulate sales
  • Ability to work independently

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the energy retail industry
  • Knowledge of the UK Energy sector
  • Experience in TPI relationship management
  • Ability to manage high workloads
  • Proven track record in sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated with a passion for results
  • Good commercial thinking
  • Flexible to changing priorities
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
