Overview

The TPI Business Development Manager will drive growth in the SME and Mid-Market sectors for Yu Energy, working remotely while managing relationships with TPIs in the energy sector.

In Short

  • Responsible for strategic growth and profitability of TPI portfolio.
  • Face of Yu Energy with regular site visits and meetings.
  • Ensure integration of products and processes with TPIs.
  • Develop account plans to enhance market visibility and value.
  • Address challenges to growth proactively.
  • Manage TPI performance and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal sales team for pricing and contracts.
  • Provide performance reports to management and TPIs.
  • Run own desk independently.
  • Experience in the energy retail industry required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in energy retail.
  • Knowledge of the UK Energy sector.
  • Experience in TPI relationship management.
  • Ability to manage high workloads.
  • Track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated with a passion for results.
  • Good commercial thinking and initiative.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
