Overview

We are seeking a Product Owner – Credit Cards Acceptance to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our global card payments acceptance product, ensuring the best-in-class credit card processing experience for game developers and players worldwide.

In Short

• Define and own the roadmap for Xsolla’s credit card acceptance solution.
• Monitor market trends, regulations, and innovations in the payments space.
• Drive product development lifecycle: requirements gathering, backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, fraud, and UX teams to deliver product improvements.
• Analyze product performance metrics to maximize revenue and improve payment success.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, PSD2 SCA, local regulations, and card scheme rules.
• Align product goals with company objectives and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on credit card processing within Xsolla.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of credit card processing and acquiring rules.
• Proven success in launching and scaling payment products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with fraud management and chargebacks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
