Join our Xplor Pay vertical as a Vendor Data Analyst to make a real impact every day by monitoring and analyzing vendor expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and developing performance dashboards.

In Short

• Analyze monthly vendor expenses and prepare performance reports.
• Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for vendor performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy through audits and compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams.
• Identify opportunities for reporting process automation.
• Provide data support for vendor-related projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in data analysis, financial analysis, or vendor management.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Ability to interpret data and assess vendor performance.
• Strong collaboration and presentation skills.
