Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst - Service Cloud - Remote

Overview

The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to support the successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Salesforce Service Cloud.

In Short

• Collaborate with project team to gather business and functional requirements.
• Translate user and business requirements into functional specifications.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions.
• Define scope and parameters of requirements analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize requirements.
• Conduct research on Salesforce AppExchange solutions.
• Support UAT efforts for Service Cloud features.
• Develop and maintain standard templates for documentation.
• Communicate changes and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Data Migration experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong aptitude for learning new systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
