Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A - Remote

Overview

Xplor Technologies is seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join their Corporate FP&A team. This role involves developing business relationships and providing robust analysis, forecasting, and decision support to senior leadership.

In Short

• Develop and prepare detailed budget and forecast models.
• Analyze monthly trends and produce detailed reporting for management.
• Collaborate with business units for accurate budgets and forecasts.
• Support improvements to planning processes and ensure alignment.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial performance.
• Provide insightful financial commentary on a monthly basis.
• Support the development of KPI metric reporting.
• Act as a finance business partner for strategic financial matters.
• Challenge financial performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with teams to improve financial close and reporting processes.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or quantitative field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like PowerBI is a plus.
• Experience with EPM tools like OneStream or Netsuite is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage timelines and multiple deliverables.
• Proactive communicator with organizational skills.
• Experience in financial modeling and interpreting financial statements.
