Overview

Xpeer develops intelligent solutions against the global $890 billion returns problem in e-commerce. We are building the first cross-platform behavior analysis for online shopping returns - similar to a credit score, but for returns.

In Short

  • Responsible for initial contact with e-commerce companies in the DACH region.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule initial meetings for the founding team.
  • Identify and contact online shops and e-commerce businesses.
  • Set up and optimize automated outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, Email).
  • Research and maintain lead lists in CRM.
  • Qualify initial meetings and hand over to the sales team.
  • Conduct A/B testing of messaging and outreach.
  • Track and report performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (Bachelor/Master).
  • Very good German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Affinity for tech, e-commerce, or SaaS.
  • Structured, independent working style.
  • Basic understanding of sales tools (ideally LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.).
  • Resilience in the face of rejection.
