Trade Surveillance Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Trade Surveillance Analyst, you will ensure that XP Inc. meets all regulatory requirements to best serve our clients, being responsible for addressing inquiries from external and internal clients (regulatory bodies, clients, internal areas, audits, etc.) to clarify doubts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal company policies, and best market practices.

Requirements

• Analytical profile, especially for transactions in stock and over-the-counter markets.
• Previous experience with CVM 62/2022 monitoring.
• Knowledge of Brazilian financial market products and services.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Compliance and regulatory bodies.
• PQO Compliance certification.
