Operations and Technology Specialist - Remote

Overview

This position is part of our Offshore BackOffice team within Operations and Technology responsible for managing and handling a market-exclusive tool called Addepar.

In Short

• Lead the daily processing of the different trading desks.
• Great interaction with Clearing houses, counterparties, custodian, internal departments.
• Perform account onboarding in the Addepar tool.
• Adjust registration information.
• Help on platform usability.
• Create, adjust, and generate reports.
• Create and update access in the Addepar tool.
• Act predictively on potentially incorrect information.
• Create and correct automation scripts using Python.
• Work in a team environment as well as autonomously to meet strict deadlines.

Requirements

• Thrive in a business that is fast to adapt its priorities.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Proficient in Excel and Python.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and credibility.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in performing all responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Advanced research, problem-solving, and resolution skills.
• Must be articulate and persuasive with the judgment to provide insightful commentary.
• Understanding of industry protocols and regulations.
