Overview

A Mobile Specialist (Flutter) at XP is responsible for developing and optimizing mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring they are scalable, high-performance, and extensible. The goal is to provide an exceptional and innovative development and user experience.

• Define and implement mobile application architecture, including API design and backend service integration.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve mobile development efficiency and quality.
• Work closely with engineering staff, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and translate them into corporate technical solutions.
• Mentor and train senior developers, promoting best development practices.
• Participate in planning and strategy meetings, contributing technical insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Solid experience in mobile development, with proficiency in Dart and proven experience with Flutter.
• Experience in developing mobile applications using iOS and Android.
• Deep knowledge of software architectures, API design, and system integration.
• Experience with mobile development frameworks, libraries, and tools.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to solve complex problems and make informed technical decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Reside in São Paulo and surrounding areas.
