• Join Remote as a Mobility Specialist within the Onboarding and Mobility team.
• Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance.
• Monitor and control Remote products and services for immigration compliance.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze and submit visa/work permit applications.
• Maintain compliance with immigration laws and regulatory changes.
• Handle escalations and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions.
• Control case statuses using management and billing systems.
• Proactively improve processes through automation.
• Work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in immigration compliance or global mobility.
• Comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience.
• Experience in the technology sector is desirable.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience working remotely is an advantage.
