• Support rapid customer growth as an Advanced Quality Manufacturing Engineer.
• Work in a dynamic environment to improve customer and Xometry performance.
• Interact with Customers, DFM Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Supply Chain.
• Lead engineering-centric activities for internal and external customers.
• Improve Quality Management System and related processes.
• Prevent customer complaints and rejections through cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage a proactive system following AS9145/IATF 16949 requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality engineering required.
• Strong analytical and mechanical technical experience necessary.
• Effective communication and time management skills needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality engineering.
• Strong analytical & mechanical technical experience.
• Effective verbal and written English communicator.
• Effective facilitator of cross-functional team meetings.
• Good time management / project management capabilities.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings/specifications.
• Strong experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
• Minimum of 2 years’ working with Customers and Suppliers.
• Full understanding of IATF 16949 Automotive standard (or equivalent).
