• Lead the technical design and engineering of systems to predict and remediate challenges in manufacturing.
• Combine ML model predictions, part geometry information, and customer information.
• Hands-on technical leadership with active coding and troubleshooting.
• Serve as a technical mentor and guide to engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor others in ML Engineering best practices.
• Ensure superior infrastructure and software delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and leadership.
• Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in software engineering or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency in software engineering best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Experience designing and managing distributed computing systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication with all levels of the organization.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (ITAR).
