As Product Marketing Manager for AI at Xero, you’ll lead the development and execution of a compelling communications narrative for AI that demonstrates how we’re helping small businesses thrive through task automation and deeper financial insights.

• Lead AI Communications Narrative & Thought Leadership.
• Own and evolve the overarching AI narrative in conjunction with the communications team.
• Deliver regular AI-focused content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with various teams to create AI content and thought leadership pieces.
• Support the delivery of AI research reports and surveys.
• Integrate AI messaging into high-impact moments like Xerocon.
• Ensure AI innovations are positioned and launched effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on the GTM plan for strategic AI initiatives.
• Work with regional teams to adapt the AI story in-market.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech.
• Experience delivering thought leadership and narrative development.
• Experience launching cross-functional campaigns at scale.
• Familiarity with data, AI, or emerging technologies.
• Outstanding communicator and storyteller.
• Strong project management skills.
• Confident collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset.
