First Connect Insurance Services is a digital platform providing independent insurance agents access to top US carriers and the optionality necessary to grow their businesses. Agents can work with over 120 carriers, selling various insurance policies, including home, auto, small business, and more. We’re on a mission to overhaul the technology agents have access to, putting consumer-grade software at their fingertips. We’ve got thousands of active agents with hundreds joining monthly and we plan to accelerate our growth.

In Short

• Looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to shape product understanding and adoption.
• Develop strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Support teams.
• Strong storytelling and strategic thinking skills required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred.
• Own product launches from planning to execution.
• Create marketing assets including videos, one-pagers, and blogs.
• Monitor and report on go-to-market performance.
• Equip customer-facing teams with necessary tools and training.
• Collaborate with Product to understand partner needs through research.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience in a start-up environment.
• Fintech/Insurtech experience is a plus.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Experience launching products and supporting go-to-market strategies.
• Solid understanding of the SMB buyer journey.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• High emotional intelligence and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications.
