Overview

The Collections and Deductions Analyst is responsible for managing customer disputes, payments, and account reconciliations to ensure accurate account balances and payment recovery.

• Research and reconcile customer disputes and payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and dispute resolution.
• Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
