Head of Global Field & Partner Marketing - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Global Field & Partner Marketing to build and scale XBOW’s global field and partner marketing motion as we accelerate go-to-market expansion across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.

In Short

• Own and scale XBOW’s global field and partner marketing strategy.
• Act as a player/coach, executing programs while building the team.
• Own territory-level field marketing execution in priority regions.
• Design and deliver regional field programs including events and campaigns.
• Build and operationalize partner marketing programs.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns and targets.
• Develop regional messaging frameworks.
• Enable partners with the right sales plays and assets.
• Define and track marketing performance metrics.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements

• Significant experience in field or partner marketing in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience operating as a player/coach.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions.
• Experience supporting global go-to-market teams.
• Ability to partner effectively with Sales leadership.
• Strong program management skills.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-growing environments.
