User Researcher - Remote

Overview

As a User Researcher (m/f/d) at Noxtua, you’ll contribute to growing and refining our user research practice by supporting ongoing projects and helping us continuously improve our understanding of user needs. Working closely with experienced researchers, designers, legal experts and product managers, you’ll help uncover insights that strengthen our Legal AI product and ensure it truly solves challenges faced by professionals in the legal industry. This is a collaborative role for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact by contributing to data-driven product decisions.

In Short

• Identify research needs with stakeholders and handle design, planning, and conduction of deep qualitative research studies.
• Analyze user behavior using analysis methods to derive actionable product recommendations.
• Collaborate with fellow researchers, product designers, engineers, and product managers on research projects.
• Create and contribute to artifacts like personas, journey maps, and research insights database.
• Present insights clearly to stakeholders and advocate for users.
• Help define the strategic direction of our Legal AI by understanding user needs.

Requirements

• Valid residence/working permit for Germany.
• Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus.
• 1+ years of user research experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or regulated industries.
• Degree in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors, or a related field.
• Strong mixed-methods skills and ability to turn data into clear user insights.
• Familiar with tools like Figma/FigJam.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Portfolio and experience in remote research is a plus.
