Overview

The Stakeholder Management Admin will provide administrative and organizational support for major projects, ensuring conformance with established document procedures and assisting the Stakeholder team.

In Short

• Organize diary and schedule meetings for team members.
• Assist team members with internal and external requests.
• Coordinate conferences and liaise with clients and government agencies.
• Prepare draft letters for submission.
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Communicate fluently in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Work with Microsoft Office and MS Teams.
• Deal with authorities within Abu Dhabi Emirate.
• 3+ years of experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Be a proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills.
