Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Health and Safety Manager to join our Logistics team, focusing on health, safety, security, and environment in construction projects.

In Short

• Lead planning and site set-up for HSSE plans.
• Develop standard operating procedures for HSSE.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and contractors.
• Implement HSSE strategies in accordance with approved plans.
• Contribute to innovative principles in HSSE.
• Manage complex HSSE problems and provide creative solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in construction projects.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is advantageous.
• OSHA Certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated teamwork and management skills.
• Experience in complex construction environments.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Strong Contractor Management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
