The Senior Construction Manager will lead a team overseeing major construction projects in Puerto Rico, ensuring quality control, client relations, and compliance with contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in field construction.
• OSHA 10 Hr Training.
• Experience with local governments in Puerto Rico.
• Knowledge of construction processes and industry practices.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with marine construction is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• No security clearance required.
