• Position: Senior Construction Project Manager (SCPM)
• Focus on completion of construction projects
• Supervise and audit installation and commissioning of building projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control
• Lead and guide junior project managers and staff
• Monitor financial activities for project completion
• Proactively develop relationships with subcontractors
• Remote position with some travel required
• Targeted salary: $125,000 - $180,000

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of construction management experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Ability to read and understand construction documents
• General knowledge of various trade processes
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Eager to leverage tools and data for project execution
