Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, or construction management.
• 5-10 years of experience managing fixed-price construction projects.
• Experience with federal projects (DoD/USACE preferred).
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and profitability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Expert knowledge of MS Office and project management software.
• Ability to travel as required for client engagement.
