Senior Project Manager, Federal - Remote

Overview

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to be based in one of our Southern California offices, responsible for mentoring the Federal design team and managing federal design projects.

In Short

• Lead and mentor the Federal design team.
• Manage client communication and consultant coordination.
• Oversee contract administration.
• Focus on federal design projects.
• Interpret and coordinate technical assignments.
• Act as a liaison between project partners.
• Guide technical matters independently.
• Lead a team of Architects and designers.
• Ensure effective project execution.
• Work with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Architecture or Engineering + 6 years of experience.
• Licensed Architect or Engineer.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Open to travel.
• 12+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience with federal programs and managing projects.
• Direct experience with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
• Knowledge of federal design criteria.
• Additional credentials like PMP or DBIA preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
