Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Safety Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to support the implementation and oversight of our exceptional safety program.

In Short

• Developing safety plans and hazard analysis.
• Tracking project safety actions and activities.
• Developing field safety professionals.
• Performing safety training and orientations for project safety personnel.
• 3+ years of related work experience in Health and Safety.
• Knowledge of government safety regulations.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Must have OSHA 30 Certificate.
• Construction relatable experience.
• Associate's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health is a plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety.
• Knowledge of government safety regulations and working environments.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency.
• Must have OSHA 30 Certificate; OSHA 10 certification may be considered.
• Construction relatable experience.
• Associate's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field is preferred.
• USACE RMS is a plus.
• Heavy Equipment Operator/Trainer experience is a plus.
• No security clearance requirement.
• This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
