Parsons is seeking a talented Procurement Manager – Wet Utilities to oversee procurement activities and ensure compliance with client objectives and regulations.

In Short

• Oversee day-to-day operations of procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with client’s strategies and regulations.
• Manage vendor selection, negotiation, and contract awards.
• Develop procurement plans and schedules.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and innovations.
• Coordinate procurement activities with clients and stakeholders.
• Engage local and international markets for vendor registration.
• Ensure adherence to Local Content policy.
• Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Graduate degree required; post-graduate preferred.
• 10 years of relevant experience, including managerial experience.
• Familiar with various contract forms and procurement practices.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia and on multi-billion dollar programmes.
• Prior experience on Airport projects is a plus.
• Expertise in procurement function and industry regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ACONEX, Oracle.
• Skilled in prioritization and multi-tasking.
• Able to lead meetings and interface with clients.
