Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 18+ years of experience, or Master's with 16+ years, or PhD/JD with 13+ years.
• Knowledge in planning, developing, and implementing programs.
• Ability to define corrective actions in program oversight.
• Experience managing program staff.
• Familiarity with financial discussions and cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of standard processes and tools for program-specific modifications.
• Active Top Secret SCI security clearance required.
