Overview

Parsons is seeking an Operations/Events Manager to work closely with Army leadership at Fort Leavenworth, KS, ensuring effective management of military conferences and briefings.

In Short

• Manage conferences and daily briefings for Army leadership.
• Coordinate with US Army Commanders on operational environments.
• Identify learning gaps and provide best practices for military training.
• Understand and inform on DOTMLPF-P and JPAS processes.
• Define operational environments for senior military leaders.
• Work with intelligence analysts on future threat strategies.
• Require an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5+ years experience in military education support.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5+ years experience in military or civil service.
• Experience supporting professional military education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience at flag officer and senior leader levels.
• Ability to integrate various military studies into operational planning.
• Understanding of Red Team and FMS integration for military leaders.
• Knowledge of battlefield definitions and threats to national interests.
