Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager (Urban/Master Planning) to join our team! The role requires strategic leadership and the ability to navigate unique regional challenges to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Oversee all phases of urban and master planning projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local zoning laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in urban/master planning and project management.
• Experience managing projects in Middle Eastern countries.
• Proven leadership skills with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong proficiency in project management software.
• PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience in sustainable planning and green building practices.
• Familiarity with luxury construction practices.
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern environmental standards.
