Overview

The Lead Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor will be responsible for leading, structuring, and executing strategic mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures that support the investment and economic development goals of JCPDI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 15 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Proven track record of leading high-value transactions.
• Experience in financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis.
• Strong understanding of foreign direct investment and public-private partnerships.
