Overview

The Financial ERP Transformation Training Coordinator will develop, organize, and manage all Financial ERP Trainings needed for staff across multiple continents and time zones.

In Short

  • Assess current training materials and update as needed.
  • Develop training plans and implement them.
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts on training materials.
  • Communicate training materials to staff efficiently.
  • Work closely with IT and Finance teams for ERP training.
  • Analyze effectiveness of training programs and adapt as necessary.
  • 8+ years of experience in instructional design or corporate training required.
  • BA degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar fields.
  • Experience with curriculum development and Microsoft software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • 8+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or corporate training.
  • Experience with curriculum development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software.
  • Ability to work independently and prepare planning materials.
  • Extremely organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
  • Knowledge of Costpoint system is a plus.
  • Basic financial and business knowledge.
  • No security clearance required.
