Overview

The Clinical Transformation Coordinator is responsible for managing proactive alert programs, supporting clinical operations through scalable process improvements, and providing transition support during onboarding and post-go-live stabilization. This role ensures that proactive alert management and optimization enable clinical teams to operate efficiently and in alignment with industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced clinical degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of cardiac device technologies.
• Experience with the PaceMate LIVE platform preferred.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with collaboration applications (Teams, Zoom, Slack).
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
