Sales Transformation Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Transformation Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales performance by coordinating and executing enablement initiatives, managing enablement tools, and leading the logistics of our Selling Skills Program.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end coordination of the Selling Skills Program.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and facilitate training sessions.
• Track participation and results to improve program effectiveness.
• Administer sales enablement platforms and ensure resource accessibility.
• Assist in the development of enablement materials.
• Support the creation of dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Plan and assist with the yearly SKO event.
• Communicate updates and best practices across the sales organization.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Passion for empowering others through learning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales enablement or related field.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally.
• Experience facilitating sales training programs (preferred).
• Knowledge of adult learning principles (preferred).
• Experience in a high-growth or SaaS environment (preferred).
