Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Field Project Manager to join our team! You will manage project activities on behalf of the project owner, overseeing and coordinating A&E and CMAR activities while serving as the primary point of contact with the client for all site-related activities.

• Manage project activities for various projects within the Navajo Nation.
• Act as the primary contact with the client for site-related activities.
• Negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and subcontractors.
• Oversee the establishment of project execution and quality assurance plans.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and control execution of project functions.
• Mobilize company resources to create effective project teams.
• Work with project engineers to develop budgets and schedules.
• Ensure projects meet established goals and rectify potential overruns.
• Maintain current and timely change orders.
• Promote technical and commercial excellence on the project.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience required.
• Experience on Corrections/Judicial/Police projects preferred.
• Ability to manage projects and interface with clients.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
