Parsons is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee Surface Alignment and Tunnel Construction for a major rail infrastructure project, focusing on improving commuter and intercity services.

Requirements

• Knowledge of fire-protection and life-safety for transit systems.
• Experience with Rail and Transit Mega-Projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proficient in construction practices and quality control.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Understanding of federal compliance and labor relations.
• Ability to prepare and present detailed project reports.
